Pilgrimage.
Richard has organized and led a walk for an Association of Southeastern Biologists Annual Meeting field trip on invasive exotic species. He has developed a college-credit course on landscaping using native plants at Chattanooga State. Richard is very interested in digital photography and in developing educational resources relating to exotic plants, native plants and wildflowers, and the ecology of the Southern Appalachians.
